This is for clients whose relocation complexity, transaction scale, or personal preference calls for something closer to a trusted advisor embedded in the process than a coordinated service they have engaged. The founder is physically present at the key moments. The lifestyle infrastructure is built alongside the legal and property work. The relationship continues for two years after arrival.

You leave knowing — not assuming — which part of Spain fits your life and what you are actually looking for in a property. Then the search begins. With that clarity, it moves fast.

Before you arrive for viewings, we have already been through every property worth seeing on your behalf. We view shortlisted properties ourselves — every room, natural light, structural condition, community character, neighbourhood context at different times of day. We produce detailed video and written assessments for each property.

You arrive to a curated shortlist with our honest assessment already in hand. One trip to close, not three trips to look.

After completion

Post-arrival settlement

We are in Spain for your first few days in the property. Not on the phone. Present.

Utility walk-through, community administrator introduction, first trip to the bank, Hacienda visit if needed. We introduce you to the tradespeople and neighbours worth knowing. We make sure the things that are supposed to work do work, and the things that don't are already in motion.

The first week in a new country in a new property is when the small things accumulate into something that feels overwhelming. We are there to make sure they don't.

Beckham Law — included

The Beckham Law election is included in the Private Client engagement at no additional charge for all adult applicants. For clients at this level, the conversation about income structuring during the election period is part of the engagement from day one — not an add-on discovered at month four when the window is starting to close.

Annual advisory — included

A 60-minute direct call with the founder at the 12-month and 24-month marks. Year one surfaces questions about residency renewal, Hacienda obligations, property management, and Beckham compliance. Year two typically raises questions about long-term tax residency planning, property values, lifestyle adjustments, and what comes next.

Both calls are included. After year two, annual advisory is available at €500 per session.

Private Client engagements hold a reserved slot in the founder's schedule. Questions are answered the same day. Urgent matters — a critical document window, a property that needs a fast decision, a consulate issue that has emerged — are handled immediately. Not through a system. Directly.

The property transaction is above €600,000 and the due diligence complexity warrants a higher level of direct involvement throughout.

The relocation involves significant financial restructuring — retained property abroad, pension drawdown timing, investment portfolio repositioning — and the Beckham election needs to be designed alongside the broader plan.

The client is relocating family, not just themselves — adult children, parents, or dependants whose situations add complexity and coordination requirements.

The client simply prefers to engage at this level. They have operated with trusted advisors in finance, law, or business, and they want the same mode for this transition.

Buyer's agency commission is vendor-funded at completion and does not constitute an additional client payment at the time of purchase. Immigration package and Beckham Law are the direct client costs in advance of property completion.

The Private Client is a different mode of engagement for clients who want the founder directly involved and physically present at the key moments. It adds the Spain Orientation, white-glove property pre-scouting before you fly, post-arrival settlement in person for the first days in your property, lifestyle infrastructure setup, Beckham Law included for all adults, and two years of annual advisory. It also operates under capped availability — the founder's direct time is finite. If The Full AfterLife fits how you want to work, it is the right choice. Private Client is for clients who want something closer to a trusted advisor embedded in the process.
It means the Spain Orientation is three to four days in the Valencia Community together — on the ground, in the areas, at the restaurants, meeting the people. It means every property on the shortlist has been physically walked by the founder before you arrive for viewings. It means the founder attends your viewings, your arras signing, your notary appointment, and is present in Spain for your first few days in the property. It means calls are answered same-day. It means every coordination point — legal, immigration, lifestyle — is handled directly rather than by a team member following a process.
The orientation is included in the sense that the founder's time, curation, introductions, and all hospitality during the trip are part of the Private Client engagement. The client covers their own travel and accommodation. We advise on where to stay based on the areas we're covering together and what we're trying to understand about your preferences. Most clients find the orientation pays for itself immediately in time saved on the property search — you arrive knowing what you're looking for, which changes everything about how fast the search moves.
Because for Private Client clients, the conversation about income structuring during the Beckham election period is integral to the engagement from day one — not an add-on discovered at month four when the six-month window is already partially closed. At the income levels and transaction scales typical of Private Client, the Beckham decision needs to be designed alongside the broader arrival plan. Including it removes the decision and ensures it's handled correctly from the start.
Private Client immigration only — without property — is €14,500 for a couple. It delivers all the same immigration service as The Arrival — Two, plus the Spain Orientation, Beckham Law included, two years of annual advisory, and priority direct access. Some clients use Private Client for immigration and then return for the property search 12–18 months later when they are ready. The relationship continues.
