Utility walk-through, community administrator introduction, first trip to the bank, Hacienda visit if needed. We introduce you to the tradespeople and neighbours worth knowing. We make sure the things that are supposed to work do work, and the things that don't are already in motion.

The Beckham Law election is included in the Private Client engagement at no additional charge for all adult applicants. For clients at this level, the conversation about income structuring during the election period is part of the engagement from day one — not an add-on discovered at month four when the window is starting to close.
A 60-minute direct call with the founder at the 12-month and 24-month marks. Year one surfaces questions about residency renewal, Hacienda obligations, property management, and Beckham compliance. Year two typically raises questions about long-term tax residency planning, property values, lifestyle adjustments, and what comes next.
Both calls are included. After year two, annual advisory is available at €500 per session.
Private Client engagements hold a reserved slot in the founder's schedule. Questions are answered the same day. Urgent matters — a critical document window, a property that needs a fast decision, a consulate issue that has emerged — are handled immediately. Not through a system. Directly.

The property transaction is above €600,000 and the due diligence complexity warrants a higher level of direct involvement throughout.

Buyer's agency commission is vendor-funded at completion and does not constitute an additional client payment at the time of purchase. Immigration package and Beckham Law are the direct client costs in advance of property completion.
